While other garages & supposed diagnostic specialists had me chasing my own tail, have me spend unnecessary money on phantom problems, the problem remained. After searching the web & feeling absolutely fed-up, I ended up visiting Sue & team.I only wish Id known about them sooner...The REAL issue was found & fixed the same day, collected the next - starter motor on BMW X5. So it wasnt the battery, alternator, glow plugs or any of the other faults that were raised by previous Cowboy outfits who were supposed to be great at their job & know everything! You put your trust in these people & they let you down & rob your hard earned money.Yes! Im angry that Ive been taken for a mug in the recent past, but so glad to have found the BMW shop in Caerleon. Five stars is not enough to show how grateful & thankful I am for their quick turnaround & workmanship with a smile! If I could advise any BMW owner, it would be to call Sue & get your motor booked in.
