Agree with another person on here. Dr Emmerson and receptionists are so extremely rude. Patronising and belittling. When complained at reception they basically laughed it off. They are providing a service like any other service you go to needing something. But unfortunately serious improvements needed as every time i go the receptionists are arguing with patients at the desk. Says it all really! Now changing doctors due to such poor manners and practice quite frankly by 2 doctors. Dr yousif is the best one there but the rest need to find a different occupation as they really dont seem to be enjoying their job the way they speak to people! Appauling.
Worst surgery ever! Will be changing it.

I am absolutely disgusted the way iv just been treated I have never felt so humiliated in all my life the receptionist and Dr emmerson the way they spoke to me and made me feel they have no right to judge me I will be changing my doctors
Everyone at the clinic from Drs- receptionists and nurses have always been brilliant. A very caring practice that I have relied on for over 28 years.
