LOVED!!! Amazing service, everyone is so friendly. Lovely relaxing atmosphere. Had a pixie cut put in for me loved everything about it. Will definitely be going back for my trim and will definitely look into other services they do Thankyou so much!!!!
Very disappointed. Just moved to Caerleon and when I turned up for my first appointment I was given the wrong time and my appointment cancelled. My Saturday night ruined as I could not book anywhere else without a 24hr patch test. I wont be returning.
Seems a very nice friendly place. They did a great job on my adult daughter and four year old granddaughter and managed the trim on the one year old grandson with aplomb. It is much bigger inside than it looks from the street and has a very comfortable seating area next to reception for those not having their hair done.
Now I'm no stranger to colour and luckily for me my best mate did my hair for best part of 10 years with no issues but since she buggered off to n.z what's a girl to do! After going to some highly overpriced, have all the gear but no idea salons, I thought i would be brave one more time and try Hayley. I swear tho if i had one more orange blonde or over use of toner I would have lost the plot. But Hayley to the rescue!! Sorted my previous orange blocky mess of a hair do into a lush colour! I can't thank u enough! U have restored my faith in hairdressers! So dramatic I know but after one too many disasters I was nervous. But NO need here. Lush salon, lush staff and lush hair!! What more could u want. Hayley I will be back thank u so much !! You are a star
