Daughter let down by unscrupulous Polish builder, needed locks changed, rapidly ! John and his back-up team excellent , 20 mins prior to turning up to replace locks , telephoned information and started job on time . whole experience very good ! Shall use again and have all ready recommended . J

Great service from all of the staff been using them for years few times a month at least. Arranged appointments with them at least 10 times now and always turned up within 5 minutes of given time. Usually Plenty of stock and can always source parts if not available. Will always go the extra mile and can be relied on for advice.
Great selection of locks and services, I've been going here for years and these fine folk have never let me down. The prices are reasonable and certainly I always get value for my money here, key cutting is always speedy and have never had any problems with the new copies.
