AVOID! Rented a house from this agency a few years ago. They were not quick to deal with damp in the kitchen and never dealt with damp in the bathroom. Worst thing was when we left , the house was in better condition than when we arrived, had been deep cleaned and the garden tidied but they tried to keep the full deposit! They tried to say there were marks on the stairs but I'd pointed these out to the lady when we moved in and she said don't worry that's just wear and tear. After weeks of arguing with the rude staff we managed to track down the landlord about it and he came round...saw the house was in great condition and ordered them to give us the bond back. Can't trust this firm, and I think some of the positive reviews are from people who used to work there! If I could give a zero star rating I would
Simply horrible. Refused to resolve the multiple issues that arose on the flat (including refusing to fix radiators in the WINTER). At the end of the tenancy produced mysterious fees that were "unpaid payments" from several months ago but were unable to identify who had missed payments or when. Then charged many fees for all of the broken parts of the flat which they had allowed to dilapidate as the tennents suffered without functioning radiators, plug sockets, and the like. Never again.
